Steve & Em didn’t let rain stop them from having the best wedding day EVER! I connected with Em via facebook and was instantly could not wait to capture their elopement, Em let me know all her plans over a video chat and I knew there day would be full of love and happiness!
The day of their elopement the couple both got ready with their closest friends. I’m obsessed with with Em’s bridal look! Elegant lace dress with the most gorgeous train and a classic native bouquet.
Standing with Steve while we waited for his bride I could see just how excited he was, we set up a zoom call so all their friends and family could watch from over in the UK. Salmon haul was the perfect location for this close and intimate ceremony.
During their ceremony the rain decided it had other plans but thankfully the boys were prepared. After the ceremony we had to work fast for couple and family portraits in the breaks of the rain and under the beautiful bent over tree.
Steve & Em’s husband and wife photos are proof that dreamy wedding portraits can happen in a short time frame. (but we always love more time)
After portraits, we headed into Cronulla for their reception and the rain stopped! So I snuck them down onto the beach for some more beautiful portraits before heading up to The Pines Cronulla for their reception
The Pines is the perfect elopement venue in Cronulla, Sydney. It is located opposite Dunningham Park in North Cronulla Beach on the Kingsway. Set against the stunning backdrop of North Cronulla Beach, its the perfect location for cocktails & canapés after your ceremony.
